Please be more careful with tagging in the future; the new tags you created had to be merged/deleted.
For example, "Outstretched Arms" and "Spread Arms" are both covered by Open Arms.
"White Legwear" is impractical because most images feature white legwear (so the tag would be too big to be
useful). The same goes for "Looking at Viewer".
For reference, the tagging system here is not like the one at Sankaku Channel or other similar sites.

Edit: considering the fact that you have been warned repeatedly about creating bad tags, you may receive an official warning if this happens again.
